How you can help easychoral grow - and profit from the results!

Easychoral is intended as a collaborative project and you are very welcome to contribute to its success (subject to our Terms and Conditions).

Simply submit what you think might be a suitable contribution to editor@easychoral.org, and if we think it is right for the site we will reformat it minimally to conform roughly to our house style, prepare the relevant audio files, and publish it all online. We will normally give you a chance to approve what we've done before going public.

We will give you 70% of any revenue your work brings in (after deducting the fees charged by the payment processing companies). These royalties are usually paid quarterly in arrears, and we reserve the right to vary the rate (although in the case of our other publishing operations it has been static for a number of years and is likely to remain so).

We look forward to hearing from you.

Some helpful notes (again subject to our Terms and Conditions)

  • Please note that Easychoral is an online publisher and not a communal online shop. The Editors' decision is therefore final in all respects.
  • Submissions should be made in MusicXML format or as Finale or Sibelius scores (the use of Trade Marks is acknowledged).
  • Your work remains your copyright, and by submitting it you license us to sell it on commission under our prevailing Terms and Conditions.
  • Copyright provisions vary from country to country. For a statement of the law which governs us as a UK publisher you should refer to the copyright section at www.ipo.gov.uk.
  • You must guarantee that you have not infringed anyone else's copyright and indemnify us against any claims for infringement - though we will not entertain any such claims which in our view are unjustified or frivolous.
  • We cannot get involved in any claims for infringement of your copyright.
  • We do not guarantee to exercise our right to take action against anyone breaking our Terms and Conditions, even though such a breach may also affect your rights.
  • We are as anxious to make profitable use of your work as you are. However, we reserve the right to make your work available at a reduced rate or even free - to reviewers, as a special offer, or to members of particular singing groups. Usually, we would do this in an attempt to promote your work or our website and in accordance with normal publishing practice.
  • Once your submission has been accepted it cannot be withdrawn without our agreement.
  • Easychoral is a trading name of Dentron Limited.
  • In these notes, 'we' 'us' and 'our' refer to Dentron Limited, and 'you' and 'your' refer to anyone submitting work for publication on the Easychoral website.
