DENTRON LTD: PRIVACY, FAIR DEALING AND SECURITY POLICY

  1. When we ourselves are customers we expect our suppliers to deal with us fairly, honestly, understandingly, courteously, transparently and promptly, and we use our very best endeavours to treat our own customers in the same way.
  2. Likewise, we respect your privacy as we value our own as individuals.
  3. We do not collect any personally identifiable information via our website except what you choose to send us.
  4. We use any information we do hold about you to give you information about our goods and services, to process any order for goods or services which you place, and to inform you of difficulties in supply or payment or of such particulars as delivery times or directions to venues for events.

  13. No password or security parameter is left as supplied to us by the hardware or software vendor.

When you give us your payment card details, either they are passed via our website straight to our payment card processors (who themselves operate industry-standard compliant security procedures) via a secure link using encrypted transmission and we do not see them at all; or if you give us your payment card details directly we destroy such details by shredding them as soon as they have been entered into our secure payment terminal.
  15. Access to sensitive data such as credit card details is restricted to authorised personnel.
  16. We publish this Privacy, Fair Dealing and Security Policy on our website and make it available in printed form on request.
  17. These procedures are designed to protect not only the security of any information we hold about you but also its integrity and accuracy, and to prevent its misuse and unauthorised alteration.
